We offer booth/chair, and room rentals with exclusive and shared rental options. Each rental provides you with access to our luxury amenities, team support, and a high-traffic location, all of which contribute to creating a fulfilling and successful business.
What You Get as a Renter at The Style Lounge
- Access to All Amenities:
- Modern, Beautiful Salon: Work in a high-end, exclusive space designed for comfort and style. Enjoy a well-established salon with a welcoming and professional atmosphere that both you and your clients will love.
- Snacks & Beverages: Complimentary snacks and drinks are available throughout the day to keep you and your guests refreshed and energized.
- Storage: Secure and organized storage for your products and supplies.
- Front Desk Assistance: Our friendly and professional front desk staff will help with client check-ins, appointments, and inquiries—giving you more time to focus on your clients.
- Team Support: You will have access to our receptionists & assistants, who can provide hands-on support during your busy days, ensuring smooth service for your clients.
- Retail Commission:
- Earn a 25% commission on all salon-owned products you sell. This is a great opportunity to increase your income by offering clients high-quality, trusted products that align with your services.
- Exclusive Space & High Traffic Location:
- Renters have access to an exclusive and beautifully designed space with a prime storefront location. We’re located in an area with excellent foot traffic, ensuring visibility and attracting new clients to your business.
- Marketing & Professional Web Presence:
- As a renter, you will be featured on our professional website, where clients can easily book services with you. Plus, we handle marketing to promote your services, helping you expand your client base without additional effort on your part.
- Vacation Benefit:
- Enjoy 1 week of free rent for vacation time. The vacation must be taken as a total consecutive week, helping you recharge and take the break you deserve while still enjoying the perks of working at The Style Lounge.
- POS & Booking System:
- For an additional $30 per month, you can use our point of sale (POS) and booking system, making it easy to manage appointments, payments, and sales directly through our platform. This feature allows you to stay organized and professional while enhancing your client experience.
Flexible Rental Rates to Fit Your Schedule
We offer shared and exclusive rental options to meet a variety of schedules and business models. Our rates allow you to choose the best rental arrangement for your needs—whether you’re a part-time stylist, a full-time stylist, or somewhere in between.
Booth/Chair Rentals:
- Entire Station (No Sharing): $350
- This rate gives you exclusive use of the entire station, with no sharing. It’s all yours to create your ideal workspace, and no other renters will have access during your rental period.
- 5 Days/Week (Shared Station): $300
- Rent a station for 5 consecutive days per week. When you’re not working, other stylists can use the station on the remaining days.
- 4 Days/Week (Shared Station): $250
- Rent a station for 4 consecutive days per week. The station will be available for other stylists to use on non-rented days.
- 3 Days/Week (Shared Station): $200
- Rent a station for 3 consecutive days per week, with other stylists using it on non-rented days.
- 2 Days/Week (Shared Station): $150
- Rent a station for 2 consecutive days per week, with other stylists using the space on non-rented days.
Room Rentals:
- Entire Room (No Sharing): $375
- This rate gives you exclusive use of the entire room. You will have full control over the space, with no other renters using the room.
- 5 Days/Week (Shared Room): $325
- Rent a room for 5 consecutive days per week. On the days you’re not scheduled to work, other renters will have access to the room.
- 4 Days/Week (Shared Room): $275
- Rent a room for 4 consecutive days per week. The room will be available for others to use on the remaining days

Important Details About Rental Options
- Shared Rentals:
For our shared station or shared room rentals, the space is available for you to use during your rented days, and other renters or stylists may use the space on the non-rented days. This system offers you flexibility while maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment. - Exclusive Rentals:
With our exclusive rentals, you will have complete control of your station or room. It’s yours alone during your rental period, with no sharing involved. This is ideal for stylists who prefer total privacy and independence.

Option 1: The Hourly Pay Model with Personalized Bonuses or Quarterly Raises
In this model, you’ll enjoy the security of a consistent hourly wage, so you can plan your finances with confidence. You’ll be paid for every hour you work, offering you a stable income no matter how busy or quiet the salon gets. But that’s not all—you’re also eligible for personalized bonus opportunities based on your individual goals and performance. These could be tied to client satisfaction, retail sales, training milestones, or achieving service targets.

Option 2: The Profit-Based Commission Model (70% of Profit)
If you’re looking for a more performance-driven approach, our Profit-Based Commission Model might be perfect for you. In this system, you’ll earn 75% of the profit from each service you provide, meaning your earnings are directly tied to the value and efficiency of your work. The salon retains the remaining 25% to cover operational expenses and reinvest in the business, ensuring we can continue to provide top-tier services and resources for both stylists and clients.
How It Works:
- Profit is calculated by subtracting service-related costs (product usage, fees, etc.) from the total service revenue.
- You’ll earn 75% of the profit from each service, while the salon keeps 25%.
In addition to your commission, you’ll have personalized bonus goals based on your individual performance. These could range from exceeding revenue targets, to client retention, or even completing advanced training. The better the salon performs, the more you earn—creating an environment of mutual success.

Additional Benefits
At The Style Lounge, we want to make sure you have the support and flexibility you need to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition to our flexible compensation models, we offer the following benefits:
- Paid Time Off: All stylists are eligible for five days of paid time off per year. You’ll also receive five days of unpaid time off to use as needed.
- Time-Off Restrictions: Stylists cannot request more than 21 days off per year. We also maintain operational balance by ensuring no more than two stylists can be out of the salon at the same time.
- Saturdays: As a stylist assistant, you can request only two Saturday’s off per year.
These policies are designed to ensure the salon remains well-staffed while still offering you the time you need for personal and family commitments.
Work-Life Balance is Key
It is my firm belief that hair stylists should not be working 40 hours a week, as it is simply unrealistic in this industry. Working long hours can lead to burnout, and we want to prioritize your well-being—both physically and mentally.
The salon is open 7 days a week, and we want to maintain a sustainable pace for all of our team members. It’s not just about the work—it’s about your health and sustainability in the industry. We’re committed to creating a workspace where you can thrive long-term without sacrificing your well-being.
Additionally, we believe in shared space and collaboration. No stylist will have an “own” station, unless exclusively rented, as our stations are designed to be utilized and shared between stylists working on different days. This allows flexibility in scheduling while fostering a team-oriented environment where everyone works together seamlessly.
