We offer a hybrid salon model with both employment and rental options so you can choose the path that fits your lifestyle, goals, and season of life.

1. ✂️ Commission-Based Employee Stylists (W-2)

Perfect for stylists who want salon support, team energy, and consistent growth potential—with no cap on creativity or income.

Compensation Includes:

• Start at 40% commission or hourly (based on experience)

• Grow into a 75% profit-based model—earn a share of what you really bring in

• Monthly/quarterly bonuses based on performance

• 25% retail commission

Benefits & Perks:

• Salon-provided color, backbar, tools & towels

• Online booking & POS system access (Mangomint)

• Marketing exposure + website profile

• Paid sick time & PTO (per MA law)

• Education, mentorship, and quarterly check-ins

• Culture-first schedule: max 2 stylists off at once, 2 Saturdays/year

2. 💫 Junior Stylists & Assistants

Just getting started? This is your space to learn, shadow, grow, and start building your book with full support.

Perks Include:

• Paid hourly (based on experience + MA minimums)

• Take select clients at junior pricing

• Full mentorship from senior stylists

• Education, training, and guided growth to commission stylist

• Access to color/backbar & salon systems

• Flexible benchmarks + clear path to promotion

3. 💼 Independent Stylists (Booth/Room Rentals)

Established and ready to run your own business within a luxe, collaborative space? We’ve got a chair—or a room—for you.

Chair Rental Rates (Shared or Exclusive):

• $150–$350/week depending on days

• Friday/Saturday add-ons: $25/day

Room Rental (Esthetics, Lashes, Spray Tans, etc.):

• $175–$375/week

• 6- or 12-month contract options

What’s Included:

• Use of salon backbar, sinks, towels, capes, beverage station, and shared spaces

• Inclusion on website + shared marketing exposure

• One free week per year

• 25% retail commission

Optional Add-Ons (Upgrade Your Setup):

• 💻 Mangomint POS + Online Booking Access: $30/month

• 🎨 Goldwell Clics Color Depot System: Only pay for what you use. No overbuying, no waste—just smart color usage (Goldwell color only)

You Provide:

• Liability insurance & 1099 status

• Your own color/products (unless opting into Goldwell Clics)

• Business cards, personal promos, and brand marketing outside of shared efforts

You bring your brand. We provide the space, vibe, and community.
