We are seeking an experienced hair stylist with five or more years behind the chair and a clientele of their own — whether you flourish as a W-2 team member or as an independent chair renter within our hybrid salon model.

This is a role for a true professional — an artist who has refined their craft, built meaningful guest relationships, and is ready to practice at the highest level. You will join a curated team of senior artists in a boutique salon where standards are high, education is continuous, and every guest experience is intentional.
Job Description
- Deliver bespoke color, highlighting, blonding, extensions, and cutting services tailored to each individual guest
- Lead thoughtful, in-depth consultations that translate a guest's vision into exceptional results
- Uphold and elevate The Style Lounge standards of luxury service, hospitality, and artistry
- Collaborate within a curated team — education days, mentorship, and shared growth
- Recommend retail and at-home care with confidence, supporting every guest's results
Qualifications & Requirements
- Massachusetts licensed cosmetologist
- Five or more years of professional salon experience
- An established or growing clientele
- Advanced training in color, blonding, and extensions preferred
- A polished, professional presence and a commitment to continuing education

This pathway is designed for the medical aesthetician who has built or is ready to build their own practice. You will operate independently within a dedicated private room, backed by the amenities, atmosphere, and address of a boutique luxury salon.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) — required
- Massachusetts licensed medical aesthetician with all required medical aesthetics credentials
- Current professional liability insurance — carried personally
- Compliance with all Massachusetts licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements for medical aesthetics and room rental
- Established clientele and professional experience preferred
