Wedding Terms & Conditions
Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for choosing The Style Lounge – Reading to be a part of your special day. Our goal is to make sure that every detail is picture perfect! The day of your event will be secured when your deposit has been received. Below, are our terms and conditions for the trial, deposit and day of your wedding.

The remaining balance from your initial deposit is due the morning of the day of your wedding. Prices do not include gratuity. We accept all forms of payment except personal checks. Paid invoice will be given upon receipt of payment.
Travel Policy
Contract Changes & Cancellations
All agreements must be signed and returned upon receipt. Any changes, additions or cancellations to any services after the agreement is signed must be done so up to 1 month before the day of your wedding and submitted by email to: admin@thestyleloungereading.com. If a cancellation is made within 1 month of your wedding, the deposit provided will be non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
A $25 late fee will be applied for any bridal party member who arrives 15 minutes or later to their scheduled time.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- All prices shown are subject to change depending on hair and stylist and will be determined at your consultation. Pricing does not include gratuity. Industry average tip is 15-25%.
- The hair stylist you trial with will be the same stylist you receive on your wedding day.
- All hair must be clean and dry prior to scheduled appointment time. Also no heat styling beyond blow-drying or style may not last. An additional $50 will be charged to dry wet hair and will need to be scheduled for this added service.
- For makeup services – face should be cleaned and ready at the time of your appointment. You may apply moisturizer prior to appointment but do not use anything with SPF in it as it will reflect in photos. An additional $25 will be charged to remove makeup and extra time needed to do so.
- We charge $100 AM fee per hair stylist for all proposed timelines that start before 7 a.m.
- We have a 6-guest minimum for Saturday out-of-salon weddings. If you have less in your party, the difference will be added as a surcharge to account for the time and opportunity cost.
- The cost for any stylist to stay for touch ups and to change of hair for the reception is $100 an hour.
- If you or anyone in your bridal party has naturally curly/textured hair, and do not want to use natural curl. Please arrive with hair relaxed/ blown out.
